Ahmedabad:
Discovery of two hand grenade-like objects near a restaurant in Navrangpura area today caused panic.
Police were informed and the bomb disposal squad and even the forensic experts were called in.
But the "grenades" turned out to be plastic toys.
"They are dummy stuff and not actual hand grenades. They only looked like one. So there is no need to panic," joint commissioner of police (crime) J K Bhatt said.
