Kottayam:
<i>Indian Rubber Statistics</i>, a book compiled by the Statistics and Planning Department of Rubber Board, has been released.
It was released by the Board Chairperson Sheela Thomas at a meeting at Rubber Board head office here last week.
Jose Panachippuram, Associate Editor, Malayala Manorama, received the first copy of the book, an official release said
The book contains database on planted area, production, consumption and storage. The book is prepared on the basis of integrated surveys and information received from producers, traders, manufacturers and international agencies in the rubber sector.
