PM Modi writes on the Agro robot at Queensland University of Technology
Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Brisbane, Australia, this morning and reported that it was "bright and sunny." He will attend the G20 summit, meet world leaders on its sidelines, and will visit three other Australian cities - Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne.

The G20 looks to meet a two per cent increase in its combined growth over five years through economic reform and infrastructure investment. It accounts for 80 per cent of world trade and 85 per cent of global economic production. The meet begins tomorrow.
At the G20 summit, PM Modi is expected to voice his concerns over "jobless growth" in his interventions, stressing that economic growth should also create employment.
Today, the PM visited the Queensland University of Technology where he interacted with students, and posed for a selfie with them.
PM Modi took a walk around the Queensland University of Technology to learn more about the agricultural research going on there. PM Modi also wrote on an Agricultural robot in Hindi, "research is the mother of development", according to a tweet by the ministry of external affairs spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin. The Agro Robot is a light weight machine that performs the functions of a large tractor, including weeding.
PM Modi will meet UK Prime Minister David Cameron later this evening. He is also scheduled to meet Japan PM Shinzo Abe.
After the G20 summit, PM Modi will proceed to Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne between November 16 and November 18. In Sydney, Mr Modi will address a lecture that about 500 top Australian and Indian CEOs will attend. He will also be feted at a reception at the Olympic Park where 16,000 Australian Indians are expected to gather. 270 people have booked on the "Modi Express" train, which will run from Melbourne to Sydney.
During his stay in Australia, PM Modi will hold talks with Prime Minister Tony Abbott in Canberra. Mr Abbott will host a reception for PM Modi at the iconic 161-year-old Melbourne Cricket Ground. PM Modi will also address a joint sitting of the Federal Parliament.
PM Modi wants a more comprehensive security and intelligence dialogue with Australia, which is looking at India to buy more minerals in particular. A recently sealed civil nuclear deal to sell uranium to India is seen as a sign of growing trust. But progress on trade has been slow, with Australian exports to India falling 22 percent in 2013.
The Prime Minister will travel to Fiji on a day-long visit on November 19 before returning home the next day. He will be the first Indian PM to visit the south Pacific Island nation since Indira Gandhi visited 33 years ago.
On the first leg of his 10-day tour PM Modi visited Myanmar to attend the ASEAN-India summit and the East Asia Summit. At the latter meet he asserted that the world community must reject any linkage between religion and terrorism while formulating a "genuinely international" partnership in the fight against all forms of terror acts.
