Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday went by a
tonga (horse-drawn carriage) to reach the venue of JD(U) workers' camp for drawing up electoral strategy that concluded in Bihar.
A tastefully-decorated
tonga was called at the Circuit House here this morning for Kumar, who spent overnight after participating in the inaugural session of the party's camp on Wednesday.
He was accompanied by his party's chief whip in the state assembly Shravan Kumar and Rajya Sabha member R C P Singh.
