Spectators at a bullfight in Mexico city got quite a scare on Sunday as a bull weighing 1100 pounds jumped over the barrier that separates the bullring from the grandstands.
The incident took place during a bullfight...at the Plaza de Toros Mexico. The bull fell into the alley where picadors, assistants and other bullfighters were watching the bullfight.
No spectators were injured, but one picador was hurt after the animal fell on top of him.
The bull returned to the ring shortly after his dramatic performance and the bullfight continued as planned.
Meanwhile, a 1,300-pound bull jumped a six-foot fence and plunged into the stands at the Canadian Finals Rodeo in Edmonton, Canada Rewind was trotting around the competition area at Rexall Place on Friday when he leaper the fence.
Pickup rider Gary Rempel had just got a rope on the bull ...and was able to keep him from running further up into the stands.
Rodeo officials said it was the first such incident in the event's 37-year history.
"The bull was right there and my daughter was here. We just said 'get out of here' and we ran up the stairs," said Carol Lowe, spectator.
The 4 spectators who were injured were sitting in the front row.
