Modi fascist, Chief Minister of average state, Chidambaram tells NDTV

New Delhi: In the last lap of the campaign, the gloves are off between the BJP and the Congress in a highly charged and vitriolic election. Now, directly targeting Narendra Modi, the Finance Minister says his politics borders on fascism. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Chidambaram quoted statistics to argue that Mr Modi was only the Chief Minister of an average state.
