A school teacher and the owner of the school in Sikar were arrested for allegedly raping a student.
Two teachers have been arrested for allegedly raping a Class 12 student at a private school in Rajasthan's Sikar, 114 km from Jaipur.
An 18-year-old student has accused a teacher and the owner of the school where she studied of raping her over two months.
It is alleged that the school director and teacher raped her on the pretext of taking extra classes.When she got pregnant, they reportedly persuaded her family members to take her to a clinic where the girl was forced to undergo an abortion.
"We are trying to find out the course of events," Sikar Superintendent of Police Vinit Kumar told news agency IANS
Jagdish Yadav, who runs the school, and a teacher, Jagat Gujjar, are being interrogated.
