Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed a mega rally in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow. In his first rally in the state after the 50-day deadline on December 30, post the November 8 notes ban announcement, got over, PM Modi said it was imperative for Uttar Pradesh to develop for India to progress in every sense.
