India and Bhutan today held talks on key bilateral and regional issues including India-assisted hydro projects in the Buddhist nation.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay in New Delhi and is understood to have discussed promoting and exploring new areas of cooperation of mutual economic interests.
