Trains in Mumbai were running at least 25 minutes late on Tuesday morning because of incessant rain.
Nearly 15 trains were delayed as the tracks were flooded.

Buses were also diverted and all flights were delayed. Large parts of the city were flooded, which led to long traffic jams.
