The petrol variant of the SX4 comes in two transmission options—a five-speed manual and a four-speed automatic. It is powered by a 1.6-litre engine VVT that churns out 104 Bhp of power. The diesel variant comes with a 1.3-litre engine that belts out 90 Bhp of power. -
Fiat Linea
Rs 7.05 lakh – Rs 9.5 lakh
The Linea is available in two engine variants—a 1.4 litre petrol and a 1.3-litre diesel. The 16-valve DOHC engine produces 90 Bhp of power at 6000 RPM and a maximum torque of 115 Nm at 4500 RPM. The multi-jet diesel variant produces maximum power of 93 Bhp at 4000 RPM and maximum torque of 209 Nm at 2000 RPM. Both engines come with five-speed manual transmission. -
Mitsubishi Cedia

The Cedia comes with only one engine option, a 2-litre petrol, which delivers 115 Bhp of power at 5250 RPM and a torque of 175 Nm at 4250 RPM, and comes paired with a five-speed manual transmission. There are only two variants available—Sports and Select, with the former being cheaper. -
Nissan Sunny
Rs 6 lakh – Rs 8.9 lakh
The Sunny comes in three petrol and two diesel options. All variants come with manual transmissions. The petrol option is powered by a 1.5-litre engine that produces 100 Bhp of maximum power. The diesel engine, slightly smaller at 1461cc, belts out 86 Bhp of maximum power. -
Mahindra Verito

The Verito comes with two engine and one transmission options. The 1.4-litre petrol produces a top power of 75 Bhp at 5500 RPM. The diesel variant comes with a 1.5-litre engine, which belts out maximum power of 65 Bhp at 4000 RPM.
