With an eye firmly on 2014, the Manmohan Singh government has undertaken as a major cabinet reshuffle. New and young faces, especially, feature prominently in the rejig with several of them getting an elevation.This is Manmohan Singh's third major reshuffle in this term.

Porika Balram Naik, a Congressman who represents Mahabubabad in Andhra Pradesh in the Lok Sabha, has been made the Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment.
