Air India may cut fares by December
Spurred by the fall in fuel prices, Air India is likely to cut fuel surcharge by 10 per cent to12 per cent in domestic metro routes by December. NDTV has further learnt that airline is likely to cut fuel surcharge in rest of the domestic routes by January. The fall in aviation fuel prices have come at the right time for airlines that are battling a steep drop in demand for air travel.
