Archies deal in trouble?
Talks between Videocon and Archies have been stuck on valuations and NDTV has learnt that both the companies have agreed to disagree on the intent of the deal, another example of Videocon's failed attempt at acquisitions. While Videocon wants to buyout Archies, the Archies management is only keen to dilute around 10-12% stake.
