Bankers not content with CRR cut
The RBI's surprise decision to cut the CRR by 50 basis points on Monday helped ease the pressure on money markets on Tuesday as the overnight borrowing rates showed some signs of decline. The bankers however opined that cash continues to be in short supply and the RBI action might not be enough ease the liquidity crunch.
