Barings to sell stake in Mphasis?
HP's buyout of EDS worldwide has the investors of Mphasis thinking. One of them, Barings, which holds 7.5 per cent in Mphasis is planning to exit. At the current market price, the stake's worth Rs 360 crore. It is a complex situation but since HP holds EDS, which in turn bought Mphasis, Barings has its stake sitting in Mphasis.
