Bears rule the stock markets in H1'08
In the fight between bulls and bears, the bears managed to cage bulls behind the bars in the first half of 2008. The surge in crude oil prices touching $144 a barrel on Monday, inflation and political uncertainty helped bears on top. The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex lost whopping 7750 points or nearly 35 per cent in last six months.
