Bhutan gears up to share BPO pie
Buoyed by the global Business Process Outsourcing boom, Bhutan is busy gearing up to corner a share of the BPO pie. While a batch of 65 students is training in medical transcription - a first in Bhutan - at least 150 more are undergoing rigorous computer and English training classes to be a part of what would be the country's maiden call centre tipped for an August 2007 launch.
