ByCell awaits license for India operations
It may be too early to celebrate yet but ByCell officials are confident that if the telecom department follows the policy of first come first served, they are sure to get a license. ByCell, which is a swiss company, claims that they are first in queue because they were the first of the new license applicants having put in their application way back in early 2006.
