DoT to discuss spectrum issue
On Wednesday, the gates of the Department of Telecom will open to India's telecom czars. The chiefs of warring camps will come in to talk to Telecom Secretary D S Mathur who will make yet another attempt to end the ongoing tussle over spectrum.
