Emami attempts to buyout Zandu
In another takeover battle, Kolkata-based cosmetics major Emami is trying to buyout Zandu Pharma. But that news has pushed up the stock of Zandu so much, that Emami says it's not worth it buying their stock in the open market. Instead, Emami is betting on the ongoing family rift within the Zandu family.
