Fuel price hike imminent; govt seeks consensus
In a clear indication of an imminent fuel price hike, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said consumers cannot be fully insulated from the impact of rising international oil prices, amid reports that a consensus eludes the government on the issue.
