Godrej Properties raises Rs 135 cr ahead of IPO
Adi Godrej, Chairman, Godrej Industries, is going against the general real estate trend and is listing Godrej Properties later this year. He's looking to secure some funds before that from his bankers. NDTV has learnt that Godrej Properties is placing 1.5 per cent each with Kotak and ICICI at a valuation of Rs 135 crore. The total dilution in this IPO is 10 per cent or about Rs 400 crore.
