GSM players upset over spectrum charges
Tough times may be in for big GSM players like Bharti and Vodafone. The telecom department has accepted tougher norms for allocating additional spectrum.But what could be a double whammy for these operators is that they may also have to pay a higher share of their revenue as spectrum charges.
