Himatsingka plans big beyond acquisitions
Indian textiles and prints are changing the fabric of global trade and Himatsingka is cashing in for this new hunger for the made in India brand which is all set to buy one of its largest buyers overseas. The company's acquisition could be in the US or Europe but its largest brand is also planning to buy a home textiles brand and will fund it through Rs 400 crore of cash pile.
