Hoping to revive Gopalpur, Orissa CM bats for Tata-Sasol JV
Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is pulling out all stops to ensure that the Tata group carry out their plan to invest over Rs 35,000 crore in the state for a huge coal to liquid (CTL) project. Patnaik is pitching strongly for the Tata-Sasol joint venture, for which he has wrote to the center asking for Tatas to be allocated coal blocks on priority.
