ICICI Ventures to exit Ace Refractories
ICICI Bank's PE arm ICICI Ventures is all set to serve an ace. Two years after buying ACC's refractory business and renaming it as Ace Refractories, ICICI Ventures is exiting by making handsome profits.According to sources French giant Imerys is buying out ICICI Ventures from Ace. Imerys is the world's largest industrial metals company.
