Is it time for re-rating?
Its Diwali, Dussherra and a whole lot of festivals rolled into one. On Dalal Street where investors look up to calculate their gains, having seen the Sensex rally more than 1,000 points in two days, little wonder that big guns are talking of a new kind of re-rating where India's PE multiple is settling in the range of 20-22.
