Jindal Drilling may divest 10% stake
Jindal Drilling and Industries Ltd (JDIL), part of D P Jindal Group, may dilute 9-10 per cent stake through a preferential allotment to an arm of British Gas for about Rs 150 crore.At a time energy assets are going at a premium, British Gas is hunting for drilling companies across developing markets and in India it is expected to pickup stake in Jindal Drilling.
