Lafarge buys L&T's RMC business for Rs 1,480 cr
Engineering and construction major Larsen and Toubro on Thursday said it has sold its ready-mix concrete (RMC) business to Lafarge India for Rs 1,480 crore. Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has entered into a definitive agreement with cement firm, Lafarge India, to sell its ready-mix concrete (RMC) business for Rs 1,480 crore, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
