Lehman fallout could impact realty valuations
Bad news continues to flow for the Indian realty sector and this time it is Wall Street's fourth largest investment bank, Lehman Brothers filing for bankruptcy. After the demise of 158-year-old Lehman Brothers Holdings, Dalal Street is jittery about what will happen to its huge investments in Indian real estate sector, mostly in commercial realty space.
