Newspaper scrap becomes expensive!
With prices of all basic items like food and vegetables going through the roof, it has made a big hole in the common man's wallet. But with the increase in price of paper in the international market, price of old newspapers sold as scrap, has doubled. These are good times for Jayantilal Jain. Although he is buying old newspapers at Rs 8 a kilo compared to Rs 4 a few months back, he is also selling it for as much as Rs 32 a kilo again double of his old selling price.
