Now SRF does a Satyam, faces flak
Deal making is going on thick and fast in various corners of India Inc. Even as the uproar on the Satyam fiasco is loud and clear, a low key company, SRF recently acquired two businesses of its sister company SRF Polymers, in the same fashion as that of Satyam Computers. Consequently, it is being badgered with uncomfortable questions from the institutional investors.
