The former Managing Director of the National Textile Corporation (NTC) joined Indiabulls, the real estate giant that bought two of NTC's mills raising questions about conflict of interest. Jupiter Mills and Elpinstone Mills were among the five big-ticket properties sold by the public sector National Textile Corporation after inviting bids in 2005.
