Oberoi Constructions plans massive IPO
Vicky Oberoi, MD, Oberoi Constructions, is set to join the big boys when it comes to the valuation game ahead of its listing and thanks to Morgan Stanley's 10 per cent private equity deal, Oberoi Constructions is now valued at a massive Rs 6,000 crore. This comes at a time when other private equity deals have failed to see closure and Oberoi is set for an IPO by end of this year or early 2009.
