ONGC gets huge refunds from govt
ONGC may be in for some windfall gains because it could get a refund of close to Rs 900 crore for some spending it did in the past on discovered fields.The government had initiated a policy in the early 1990s by which some of fields discovered by ONGC were given to joint venture companies for development.
