Patent row: Court finds merit in Bajaj complaint
In an interim order the Madras High Court on Saturday restrained TVS from manufacturing and selling its new TVS Flame 125 bikes. This follows a patent infringement suit by the other motor bike giant Bajaj claiming that TVS had copied its patented technology known as DTSi, which uses twin spark plugs.
