If you drive cars in Mumbai here's some good news. While the rest of India pays Rs 4 extra on their petrol Mumbaikars will pay only Rs 3. The credit goes to Vilasrao Deshmukh, Maharashtra's beleaguered chief minister who has given up the extra sales tax his government was going to earn.
