Placement agencies flout norms
An absolute disregard for the law was revealed after a visit to placement agencies in west Delhi along with officials from the National Commission for Women. The Jharkhand Placement Agency operates out of a seventh floor room in Delhi's Shakurpur area. But there is neither a board nor the agency's registration number, both of which are required by law.
