Promoters will have to pay more money: IDBI
Interest costs for corporates start to spike, following RBI's decision to raise their rates. Along with rising cost of capital, corporates will also be faced with sceptical bankers who now expect promoters to pump in more of their own money, before they get their big bang projects financed from banks. "Promoters will have to give more money," said J Balakrishnan, Deputy MD, IDBI Bank.
