Railways to form supply chain linkages
Railway Minister Lalu Prasad has turned around India's railways in two years but that hasn't made the job easier for bureaucrats in his ministry. And there is a latest plan to get a share of the retail revolution with private companies, which could include Reliance Industries, Tata and the Aditya Birla group.
