RBI asks Kidwai to step down from Nestle board

There is consternation in the business community over the RBI directive to one of India's leading business leaders Naina Lal Kidwai. The RBI has asked her to step down from the prestigious world board of Nestle. However, other bankers and industrialists in India say the ruling is strange.
