Rising gold prices hit consumers
Gold prices are continuing to rise. In India, they have touched Rs 10,030 per 10 grams, severely hitting business during the current wedding season. Internationally, gold closed at $682.20 per ounce on Friday, up $8 for the day, on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The price rose $30.40 this week.
