Rupee dips to 17-month low, loses 7 paise
The Indian rupee is within a striking distance of the psychological 44-mark against the greenback as the domestic currency on Tuesday lost seven paise to close at 43.85/86 on heavy demand for the US dollar amidst its strengthening overseas.
