Sasken appeals to SAT to proceed with share buyback
Midcap telecom software maker Sasken Communications has filed an appeal in the Securities and Appallate Tribunal (SAT) asking for SEBI to clear its buyback offers. Sources in Sasken have told NDTV that SEBI wants the company to buy back a certain quota of shares every week and complete the buyback within a year.
