Sensex tanks as global markets panic
The markets are weak in the early deals on Thursday with the BSE Sensex shed 4.8 per cent, or 643 points, to trade at 12,619 levels. The 50-share Nifty has also shed 4.4 per cent or 178 points. It is trading at 3830 levels. Key Asian indices are deep in the red on Thursday.
