SICOM not happy about share price

One of UWB's strategic shareholders, Maharashtra's investment arm SICOM, is not too excited with the offer of Rs 28 a share proposed in the draft merger scheme. SICOM says its own average acquisition price is Rs 29, which also happens to be the six-month average price.
