Spice Telecom plans network expansion
Spice Telecom's application for new licenses may be under Department of Telecom (DoT) scanner but Spice's chief B K Modi says the government should honour its policy and give Spice licenses it has applied for. Spice has even readied a $1 billion war chest to expand its telecom business.
