Sun Pharma's Taro buyout delayed
The Taro cards are not in favour of Sun Pharmaceuticals and once again the merger looks it is in trouble. The shareholders of Taro Pharma including the high profile Mobius led Templeton are unwilling to give in.Taro has postponed its investors meet from July 23, 2007 to September 25, 2007 to give its shareholders additional time to think about the company's takeover.
