Tatas get closer to Corus, CSN backing off
CSN's race of Corus' books may be over but then why is the Brazilian giant taking so long to release a formal bid. Perhaps because the Tatas are putting some serious pressure. Sources said that Tatas are expected to match the CSN offer and have alerted their bankers on increasing their credit line.
